LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement governs the use of any resource acquired through Vectonauta. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Scope You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased resource for personal and commercial projects. This license is valid for a single user only.

2. Usage Extent You may edit, modify, or integrate the resource into your own projects, including client work, marketing materials, print, and digital media. Attribution is not required but is appreciated.

3. Prohibition of Resale and Redistribution The resale, assignment, sublicensing, or redistribution of the resource — whether in its original or modified form — is strictly prohibited. You may not offer the resource for free download on any platform.

4. Intellectual Property and Authorship All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Vectonauta. The purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership or authorship rights to the buyer.

5. Restrictions and Unauthorized Use It is forbidden to use the resource in any context that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws. Use in NFT creation or AI training datasets is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability Vectonauta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased resource. All resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

7. Term and Termination This license is granted for an indefinite period, provided the terms herein are respected. Vectonauta reserves the right to terminate the license immediately if any of these terms are violated, without refund.

8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Spain.
