No refunds on digital downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- A technical error prevented the download from completing
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The file does not match the product description
